Rev. Dave Wiant is an elder in the Missouri Conference of the United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Audra, have been married for 29 years and have 28-year-old twins. Pastor Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He has been in ministry for 22 years, beginning with youth ministry and serving as a worship leader for twelve years before entering into pastoral ministry. He is a musician who plays several instruments and loves to sing! He has a heart for mission and outreach, small groups, as well as passionate worship. Rev. Wiant has been a United Methodist his entire life. He loves to write and has plans to write a book in the future. He enjoys hunting and especially playing with his granddaughter. He has a very diverse background including management, mission work, professional music, customer service, and leadership development. Above all, he loves to tell others about the love of Jesus! Working as partners in ministry, he believes that the church is called to fulfill the great commission of going to make disciples for Jesus Christ.
