The BUMC Caring Ministries' mission is to care for the members of our church family and our local communities in the way Jesus calls on us to.  We accomplish this in many ways with programs and teams.

  • Hospital visits

  • Prayer Team (team of 7 & 100% confidential)

  • Prayer Warriors

  • Cards (birthday, sympathy, anniversary)

  • Grief Share Program (open to community & church)

    • Surviving the Holidays Program​

  • Motel Ministry (food pantry supplier for 3 local motels)​

  • Caring Crafters (meets monthly to make crafts for nursing home residents)
